1. Stir-fry with whatever's in the fridge
Fast heat, even temperature, 12 minutes total. Nothing stuck, cleanup took 30 seconds.
2. Perfect scrambled eggs
Low and slow on this pan means genuinely fluffy eggs. Zero butter needed โ eggs slid out cleanly in 6 minutes.

The verdict
